Amounts are collected according to the Pay After Delivery method. Thus, we have ensured a convenient, easy and safe buying process to our customers.

 

METHODS OF SHIPPING & CHARGES ACCORDING TO REGION

TRIPOLI

Shipping charges are 2 USD, within one to two business days, via smartsecuritylb.com.

 

OTHER LEBANESE AREAS: 

Delivery is done through Aramex, TDS or Liban Post, with shipping charges of 5 USD or less for items less than 15KG. The term of delivery extends to be within one to three business days (*) from the date of order confirmation.

During this period, the customers will be able to track their shipments through a policy number assigned to each parcel.

(*) Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays

 

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

Currently we are accepting cash on delivery only, while the online payment gateway is under development. An employee from Smart Security , TDS, Liban Post or Aramex delivers the order to the customer who Pays After Delivery.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from our online shop smartsecuritylb.com. Therefore, If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 1 day of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price,  minus the shipping cost. Or you can exchange the product you need to return with another product in the next time you order after informing us by calling our Customer Service Center on 06432620 or by sending an email at: info@smartsecuritylb.com.

 

Products shall remain unused, with all original packaging, documents, parts and accessories in order to proceed with a full refund.
